Bishop Hogan School & Rotary Club Partner In Anti-Bullying Program

Bishop Hogan School is implementing an Anti-Bullying program to empower students, foster self-advocacy, and promote positive peer interactions.  Targeting 9- to 10-year-old students, the program hopes to create ripples of change, building a school culture that prioritizes empathy, respect, and accountability.

The Step Up program for girls – developed by Synergy Services – will officially launch at Bishop Hogan Memorial School on January 30th with the support of a grant from the Rotary Club of Chillicothe.

Chillicothe’s Rotary Club President and program facilitator Angela Poling says, “This program represents a small pebble that will make ripples, growing into waves that positively transform our school culture and beyond.”

Polling says they expect the program will have a lasting impact on the lives of the students and inspire change far beyond the walls of our school.
