A Blue Springs man was arrested on two 2019 warrants for alleged failure to appear. Twenty-nine-year-old Antonio Elijah Spraggins was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Wednesday. The warrants were from 2018 arrests for alleged driving without a valid license and resisting or interfering with an arrest. Spraggins is held with bond set at $500 cash only.
