A reappointment to the Chillicothe Historic Preservation Commission was approved by the Chillicothe City Council on Monday. Chillicothe Mayor Theresa Kelly made the recommendation to reappoint Brenda O’Halloran to serve another term on the board. The action was approved on a vote of 4-0.
