A Chillicothe woman convicted of stealing in 2024 was in court Tuesday on a bond revocation. Fifty-year-old Brandi Opal Peniston was served a warrant for the alleged probation violation and is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
A Bond Hearing is set for Friday, and on August 7th is a Probation Violation hearing. Both will be before Judge Ryan Horsman.
