A Chillicothe man, 50-year-old John Paul Ashford was arrested Monday afternoon by State Troopers for alleged resisting arrest by fleeing, driving while revoked or suspended. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500 cash only. He is scheduled for his initial appearance in court today.
