A Pattonsburg man was booked into jail for Livingston County.
Fifty-five-year-old Charles Edward Kirch of Pattonsburg was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on a Writ to appear in Livingston County Court for sentencing on charges that include: Leaving the scene of a crash, no insurance, no valid license, failure to register a vehicle, Burglary, and Harassment. The Court appearance is scheduled for Thursday at 1:30 pm.
