A Polo man was arrested Wednesday by Caldwell County deputies and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Sixty-three-year-old Darwin E. Thomas was arrested on a warrant for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. He is held with no bond allowed.
A Newtown man was booked into the Grundy County Jail, following his arrest by Milan Police officers. Thirty-one-year-old Joseph James Guardipee was booked on Wednesday on Sullivan County charges for alleged DWI, property damage, and resisting arrest. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
