A Chillicothe man booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center remains in custody with no bond allowed. Thirty-seven-year-old Louis Albert Baladez was arrested by Chillicothe officers on Saturday and the warrant was served by deputies on a warrant for alleged DWI.
