A Chillicothe man, 28-year-old Steven Ray Sayers, was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Bond Violation warrant. Hamilton Police made the arrest Wednesday at about 12:45 pm. Sayers was out on bond for alleged possession of a controlled substance. His new bond is set at $20,000 cash only. His next hearing is November 9th.
