The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one booking at the Caldwell County Detention Center over the weekend, On Sunday, Chillicothe Police Department booked 43-year-old James Bradley Ingram on an out-of-state warrant for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is held with no blond allowed pending extradition.
