A Branson man is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center following his arrest by Chillicothe Police. Thirty-seven-year-old Ronald David Hines was arrested Sunday at about 8:15 pm. He is held for alleged tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
