The replacement of the Bridge Creek Bridge on Route J in Carroll County has been delayed. The Missouri Department of Transportation says the project had been scheduled to start Monday, December 9th, but is delayed another week. Work is now expected to start on December 16th, and continue until the project is complete in April of 2025.
The Bridge Creek Bridge on Route J was built in 1932 and has a traffic volume of approximately 487 vehicles per day.
During construction, motorists will need to find an alternate route.
