Arraignment for fifty-three year olf Russell Alan Pirkey of Brookfield was held in Linn County Circuit Court on charges that include three counts of alleged statutory sodomy, and one count each of alleged, Sexual Abuse, harassment, and assault.
Pirkey plead not guilty to the charges and his next court appearance is September 5th.
