A Red Flag Warning is issued by the National Weather Service for all of north, west & central Missouri today from Noon to 8:00 pm. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. Fires that catch can spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Livingston County Emergency Management issued a Burn Advisory today until 10:00 pm for all of Livingston County. Burning Is Not Recommended.
