Three people were booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Monday for Caldwell County.
At about 2:42 pm, 63-year-old Robert A. Martinez of Independence was booked on a warrant for alleged probation violation from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance in 2022. He is held with no bond allowed. A hearing is scheduled for March 9th.
At about 1:56 pm, 40-year-old Emily A. Carr of Cameron was booked on a warrant for alleged probation violation from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance in 2020. Her bond is set at $20,000. A hearing is set for March 6th.
At 11:29 am, Mary Lee Acord of Macon was booked on a warrant for alleged probation violation from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance from 2022. A hearing is set for March 9th.
