The Caldwell County Sheriff’s report for the month of May includes numerous investigations and arrests.
Highlights include the arrest of a man from Odessa connected to an April gas station break-in in Braymer. Forty-one-year-old Shane Michael Silvers faces burglary, property damage and attempted theft charges and is being held on a 250-thousand-dollar cash-only bond.
Deputies also investigated several domestic disturbances, a runaway juvenile, vandalism cases, and reports of harassment and property damage. In one incident near Cameron, deputies arrested a 28-year-old man for first-degree domestic assault and property damage following a domestic disturbance call.
Other activity included traffic stops resulting in multiple speeding and registration citations, arrests on outstanding warrants, and an investigation into a possible Missouri Sex Offender Registry violation that was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.
