California Man Enters Guilty Plea

A California man charged in Livingston County Court with stealing a vehicle entered a guilty plea in Livingston County Circuit Court Monday.  Thirty-year-old Josue Emanuel Medina entered the plea of Guilty on the charge of Stealing.  Under the plea deal, the prosecution recommends a sentence of 7 years in prison, 5 years suspended; and $685.00 Restitution.   The sentence would run consecutive to any other sentence.

A Sentencing Hearing will be held on January 9th in Livingston County Court.  Medina remains in Custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
