A Carrollton man was arrested in Carroll County Thursday evening. State Troopers arrested 55-year-old Jeffery L. Bowen on three Carroll County warrants, including for alleged failure to appear on a 2022 charge of alleged driving while revoked; failure to appear on 2022 charges of alleged receiving stolen property, following too close, no insurance, driving while suspended or revoked, and no valid plates; and failure to appear on 2021 charges of alleged driving while revoked or suspended and no insurance. The warrants have no bond allowed. Bowen is held at the Ray County Jail.
