The Carrollton Town Council will hold a public hearing and regular council session on Monday.
The Public hearing is at 6:00 pm at City Hall and is to consider the rezoning of a parcel located at 221 S Main Street from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-2, for a storage facility.
The regular council session will follow the hearing. That agenda includes:
An ordinance to approve rezoning at 221 S Main.
An ordinance for the Hometown lease
An ordinance for the Carter Media radio tower lease
The Lighted Christmas Parade on November 28th
A closed executive session is planned for personnel matters.
The Carrollton Town Council meeting and public hearing are open to the public.
