The financing to construct a new Chillicothe Police Facility is complete. Joey McLiney with McLiney and Company made the presentation of the Certificates of Participation at Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting. The winning bidder of the certificates was Stifel Nicholaus. McLiney says that money, $8.084 million dollars, is already in the bank.
Earning about 4% – earning about $26,000 a month.
The city has already been reimbursed for the money spent on the project, including engineering services and preparation for the financing.
