Office hours for the City of Chillicothe have been changed. The Chillicothe City Council approved the change presented Monday evening by City Administrator Roze Frampton.
Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30 starting April 1st.
Frampton says this will not affect the hours for Drivers License Testing taking place at City Hall.
