A change of venue for a Kansas City man facing four counts of alleged forgery, one count of tampering with a vehicle, and one count of possession of forging instruments was approved in Linn County Court. Twenty-nine-year-old Tyler L McFarland appeared in Linn County Court Tuesday for the disposition hearing. The judge approved the request and the case is transferred to Sullivan County.
Pretrial work will continue in Linn County.
