Charges have been filed for a man arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Monday afternoon. Forty-seven-year-old William Brandon Harvey is held for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
