Child Molestation Case Moved To Livingston County On Change of Venue

A Pattonsburg woman charged in Daviess County with four counts of alleged Child Molestation, two counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of alleged enticement with a child under the age of 15, will have her case heard in Livingston County.  Twenty-seven-year-old Brandy Michelle Hobson was charged earlier this year following an investigation conducted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s office.

A related case against the child’s relative, 43-year-old Joshua Baker of Pattonsburg, will continue in Daviess County.  Baker is charged with alleged endangering the welfare of a child, abuse or neglect of a child, and domestic assault.  The probable cause statement alleged Baker was aware of the activities between Hobson and the child and allowed them to continue.
