Chilli Bay Water Park will see a rate increase in many areas. Parks Director Josh Norris, in the Chillicothe City Council budget workshop, explained that increases will be in the season passes, rentals, and packages.

Norris says they plan to offer an early bird season ticket sale that will be at the 2024 rate.
