Chillicothe Alley Project Bids Due Thursday

A stormwater alley project is nearing the next step.  Chillicothe City Administrator Roze Frampton says bids are due on Thursday.

For the alley behind KCHI where water gets into many buildings.

Frampton says that, depending on the bids and weather, the project could start before the end of the fiscal year on March 31^st.
