Results of the April 4th Municipal election were approved by the Chillicothe City Council at Monday’s meeting. Those results include the tie vote between Reed Dupy and Dowell Kincaid. City Clerk Amy Hess announced a run-off special election will be held for the First Ward to decide the tie.
The voting for 1st Ward will take place at the normal polling place, United Methodist Church.
