The Chillicothe City Council will meet Tuesday evening at City Hall. The meeting is delayed until Tuesday because of the Memorial Day holiday.
At 5:00 pm, there will be a Finance Workshop held in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
At 5:30 is the regular Chillicothe City Council meeting. Following the payment of bills and salaries, the appearances on the agenda include:
- A discussion about camping at the Chillicothe Airport for the upcoming Fly-In on June 14th.
- An update on the Welcome Sign
- Amending Chapter 150 – Board and Commission in the City Code
- Fire Chief Eric Reeter will present an ordinance for the purchase of 15 sets of Fire Gear
- Police Chief Jon Maples will present the ordinance for the purchase and installation of the 911 consoles at the Police Department
- City Clerk Amy Hess will have a presentation of Surplus items
A closed executive session is planned to handle personnel, sealed bids, and negotiated contracts.
