Chillicothe Festival Of Lights

The opening celebration for the Chillicothe Festival of Lights is Saturday evening at Simpson Park.  The park closes to thru traffic at 5:00 pm and the opening ceremony will start at 5:30.  Santa will be on hand for the countdown to lighting the park.

The evening will include cider and hot chocolate, Christmas music, tractor-drawn wagon rides for a dollar, visits with Santa, and an opportunity to check out all the lights and displays throughout Simpson Park.

The park will re-open to traffic at about 7:30 pm.  The Festival of Lights will continue at Simpson Park through January 1st.

A donation box is available at the park to support the Festival of Lights,
