A Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Charges of alleged Rape or attempted rape and Sodomy or attempted sodomy for incidents investigated by the Chillicothe Police Department. Fifty-five-year-old Ricky DeWayne Allen is held with no bond allowed. His initial appearance was scheduled for this morning.
