A Chillicothe man, 56-year-old Willie Kelley Owens was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Hamilton Police, following his arrest Monday on a Probation Violation Warrant. Owens was on probation for a charge of alleged delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
