A Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Hamilton Police officers on Thursday. Sixty-three-year-old Lester Lee Hines was arrested on a warrant for alleged violation of bond conditions from an original charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Hines is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
Hines is set for arraignment in Livingston County Circuit Court on October 10th.
