A Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a warrant for alleged unlawful use of a weapon. Fifty-two-year-old Chad Michael O’Bryan was booked by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies on the warrant that was issued on September 12th.
The charges stem from the incident adjacent to the Chillicothe Middle School, where O’Bryan was allegedly swinging a pair of shears or scissors indiscriminately as children were present at the school.
