A Chillicothe man is charged with alleged assault following an incident at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. Twenty-five-year-old Joseph Z. Robinson is accused of the alleged assault that occurred on October 18th, while Robinson was in custody at the facility.
The warrant was served by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
