A pre-trial conference for a man charged with alleged child abuse will be held Tuesday in Carroll County Circuit Court. 22-year-old Evan James Loucks of Chillicothe was charged in May of 2024 following an investigation by the Carroll County Sheriff’s office of reported abuse of a 19-month-old girl left in his custody while the mother was working.
The Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday at 11:00 am before Judge Kevin Walden.
A three-day jury trial is scheduled for July 28th to the 30th.
