Eighty-one calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.

Early in the morning, officers handled a verbal domestic disturbance on Cherry Street and investigated a suspicious vehicle outside a closed business. A business alarm on North Washington was also investigated.

Later in the day, officers investigated another verbal domestic disturbance on West Business 36, responded to a report of possible property damage, and checked on the well-being of a person on Webster Street.

Calls also included two separate reports of careless and imprudent driving—one at Danner Park, where police contacted the driver, and another at North Washington and Calhoun, where the vehicle was not located.
