Seventy-one calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.
Officers responded to a non-injury, two-vehicle crash at North Washington Street and Park Lane at 8 a.m., and later took a report of fraud that remains under investigation.
Police also checked on reports of suspicious activity on Graves Street and Southwest Drive, a suspicious vehicle on Fairchild Street was checked, but no criminal activity was found. Officers conducted a well-being check on Sunset Avenue and determined the individual was okay.
At 5:20 p.m., officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Bryan Street and arrested a 34-year-old man for domestic assault. He was processed and released.
Later that evening, during a traffic stop at South Washington Street and Ryan Lane, a 50-year-old man was arrested on a Greene County warrant for failure to appear on a nonsupport charge. He was unable to post bond and was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center to await extradition.
