Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

The Chillicothe Police Department report for Monday includes 73 calls for service.  Some of the calls include:

Officers responded to Clay Street Park for a report of possible threats, but after speaking with those involved determined the situation was a civil dispute over property. Police also took information from a caller regarding stolen property for a follow-up investigation.

During the evening hours, officers handled two noise complaints, one in the 1400 block of Vine Street, where officers were unable to locate the source, and another in the 1100 block of Fair Street, where the individual involved agreed to stop the noise.

At 7:34 pm, officers arrested a 65-year-old man in the 800 block of West Business 36 Highway for harassment. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

Police also assisted callers with questions involving a towed vehicle and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash.
