Chillicothe Police Report For The Weekend

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 162 calls for service from Friday to Sunday.  Some of the calls include:

On Friday, officers checked on a residential burglary alarm on Vine Street that turned out to be accidental, and they responded to a two-vehicle crash at Washington and Clay Streets with no injuries reported.

On Saturday, a 28-year-old woman was arrested on an active Livingston County warrant during a call on Green Street.

On Sunday, officers assisted with a fire alarm on Washington Street that was triggered by a contained incident, conducted a traffic stop for careless and imprudent driving resulting in citations, and responded to both a domestic dispute on Crescent Drive and a disturbance on Vine Street. In both cases, officers were able to de-escalate the situations without further action.

Police also conducted routine traffic stops, business and vehicle checks, and continued follow-up investigations throughout the weekend.
