Seventy-eight calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday. Some of the calls include:
At 1:55 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing from the Chillicothe Municipal Airport. The investigation is ongoing.
At 2:52 p.m., Officers were dispatched to kids playing in the ditch at Clay Street Park.
At 3:18 p.m., Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile at the Police Department. The juvenile was later located. The incident will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.
At 3:22 p.m., Officers followed up on a stealing report in the 200 block of Park Ln. They arrested a 68-year-old woman for stealing. She was processed and released. Officers also arrested a 38-year-old woman in the 500 block of St. Louis Ave. for stealing as part of the same investigation. She was processed and released. The stolen items were recovered and returned to the owner.
At 5:30 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 200 block of E. Bridge St. The investigation is ongoing.
At 5:51 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Vine St. One juvenile was taken into custody. The incident will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.
Officers also investigated reports of careless driving, open doors, animals at large and conducted traffic stops.
