Eighty-nine calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday. Some of the calls include:
11:11 AM – Officers took a report of possible leaving the scene of an accident in the 400 block of S Washington St.
11:59 AM – Officers responded to a theft report in the 200 block of Bridge St for a stolen trailer.
12:05 PM – Officers took a report of an unattended juvenile in the roadway in the 1400 block of Polk St. The child was identified as missing from the 1500 block of Bryan St. The Officers successfully reunited the child with a parent.
1:23 PM – Officers at the police department took a walk-in complaint of threats between juveniles. The situation was handled by a School Resource Officer.
2:17 PM – Officers conducted a traffic stop at E Polk St and East St, resulting in the arrest of an individual with a warrant.
8:10 PM – Officers conducted a traffic stop at Washington St and Jackson St. A warning was issued for speed and a lane violation.
8:38 PM – Officers conducted a traffic stop at Green St and Graves St, resulting in a DWI investigation. The driver was arrested, processed, and released with citations.
