Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

Eighty-six calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Tuesday.  Some of the calls include:

At 6:25 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash at N. Washington St. and Fairway Dr. Officers responded, investigated, and arrested a 55-year-old man for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. He was processed at the Police Department and released pending a court appearance.

In the afternoon, Officers responded to a malfunctioning stop light at N. Washington and Webster St.’s.  The light was flashing red. MODOT was contacted. As a reminder, the officers say that whenever stop lights are flashing red, it is to be treated as a four-way stop.

The animal control officer handled several animal issues throughout the day.

Officers conducted traffic stops, business checks and responded to 86 calls for service on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024.
