Chillicothe Police Report For Wednesday

Seventy-six calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday.  Some of the calls include:

At 11:20 a.m., Officers at the police department took a report of a hit-and-run crash.  The investigation continues.

At 12:49 p.m., Officers arrested a 32-year-old man on a Livingston County arrest warrant for domestic assault.  The man surrendered at the police department  He was processed and relased.

At 3:18 p.m., a search warrant was executed in the 1100 block of Polk St. in an ongoing investigation for child neglect/abuse. Officers seized items related to the crime.  They also obtained evidence of an unrelated crime. The investigation is ongoing.

At 7:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash at Dickinson Ave. and Clay St.  A report was taken.

Officers also handled parking complaints, Animal issues, and well-being checks.
