Chillicothe Police Report For Wednesday

Seventy-five calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday.

Early in the day, Animal Control handled several calls, including a dog bite at Bryan Street and Edgewood Drive where the dog’s owner was located and cited. Officers contacted a resident about a rooster in the 900 block of Vine Street, with the owner agreeing to remove it from the city.

Police arrested a 32-year-old man on a warrant from Richmond for failure to appear on traffic-related charges. He was unable to post bond and was released to Richmond Police.

Other calls included trespassing, a welfare check, suspicious person reports, parking complaints, property damage in the 500 block of Elm Street, and juveniles knocking on doors and running away in the 1000 block of Locust Street.
