The Active Shooter Training at the Chillicothe Middle School on Monday morning included several agencies. Chillicothe R-II School Resource Officer Mike Lewis says several agencies came together for the event while students had the day off.
Police, Sheriff, Highway Patrol, and Emergency Services.
Lewis says sometimes the unexpected, like a power outage, can add to the training.
Added a reality and it happened at the worst time in the scenario.
Lewis says the agencies handled the change well.
