The Chillicothe R-II School District Crisis Plan was evaluated by the Chillicothe School Board. The plan includes:
- Annual ALICE Training. (ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate).
- School District Resource Officers training program attendance.
- First Aid Kits for each Classroom and common area.
- Adequate drills for fire, earthquake, and tornado,
- Training to administer the DARE program.
The plan was discussed in detail in the closed executive session.
