Recommendations from the Chillicothe R-II Salary and Welfare Committee were presented to the Chillicothe R-II School Board Tuesday. The recommendations include several changes, outlined by Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers.
Increasing the base salary to $39,160, with grant funds
and other local funds to meet state requirements of $40,000.
Wiebers says they also added increases for steps at 11+ years and 21+ years of service.
He says they added steps for the Master’s columns of the schedule.
Additional years of service will mean additional pay.
The board approved the recommendations.
