The Winter Weather Plans for the Chillicothe R-II School District are very similar to last year, but Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says there are some changes.
A 2-hour late start is from the normal start for the individual buildings.
Dr Wiebers says there may be times when there is no school, but conditions improve and activities are held that evening.
He says the district does have plans for AMI days if they are needed.
Parents will receive a packet of activities for the students.
Dr Wiebers says make-up days are a possibility.
After AMI days, missed days would need to be made up.
He says they are hoping for a mild winter so the make-up days will not be a factor.
