The decorating of Washington Street for the holidays will take place soon, but first, the Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce will need to refresh the snowflake lights. Chamber Director Crystal Narr says they will gather next week.
Changing all of the bulbs in the 116 snowflakes.
Narr says the Bulb Party is next Tuesday, November 12th.
Start at 4:30 pm at the CMU warehouse at 1515 Waterworks Road.
