A Chillicothe woman was arrested Thursday in Caldwell County on a Clay County warrant. State Troopers arrested 57-year-old Debora J Lamb at about 9:40 pm on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged failure to display plates. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
